Do you want to learn yoga but feeling apprehensive about starting?
My beginners course is a 6-8 week course to learn correct postures and how to create strength, stability and balance. I will guide and nurture you as you journey through a course of mindful movements and breath, that will bring you to a place of balance throughout the nervous system.
The yoga will help with your internal systems, aid in digestion, immunity and can help to balance hormones and blood circulation.
Be prepared to feel improvements within a few weeks.

We live in a fast paced and stressful world where we breath too fast and don't give time to ourselves to de-stress. Yoga and Breath work offer you the chance to slow down, relax and be mindful of your own body and health - giving you the opportunity to take control of your breath and body and improve your own personal wellness and immunity.
Yoga can improve your mental health with breathwork and meditation. It is important to find time for yourself to focus on you and your clarity. It will reduce stress, improve sleep and help with anxiety, depression, breathing problems, asthma, panic attacks, pre-competition nerves. I will show you how to control these.
Do you suffer with tight hips or hamstrings? Can you sit on the floor comfortably or bend over and touch your toes? Do you suffer with headaches and a sore back from sitting at your desk all day, or are you a sportsperson with tight muscles?
Targeted mobility lengthens and strengthens the fascia surrounding these muscles which we use for everyday mobility. Doing this aids with walking, running, getting out of a chair, bending over to pick something up; all of the things we take for granted when we are younger!
