After suffering with back and flexibility problems, I found yoga!
It totally changed my body and I loved how it made me feel and that I could get into poses that I never thought I would, especially at my age. Now 54, I love to help people feel just as good about their bodies, not only on the outside but inside too.
After an international career in Show Jumping and having personal experience of back, shoulder and ligament injuries I discovered the benefits of strengthening the body whilst supporting the mind.
In 2019 I was given the news that I had breast cancer.
I decided then, that I would heal myself naturally using yoga, breathwork and support from my daughter who is a functional naturopathic doctor.
Today I am cancer free.
From then, I decided to qualify as a yoga teacher and became a certified Breath Coach and developed skills on how to stabilise and strengthen the body.
Developing my skills, I have been able to work closely with my clients to create a bespoke programme - as everyone has different needs.
