it is an evolution of VINYASA YOGA

Using the beat of the music to synchronise breath and movement

it was founded in Germany by YOUNG HO KIM and is now practised all over the world

just arriving in the UK there are only a handful of teachers

there is a huge Global community of inside flowers

its a great way to express yourself and get to know yourself better

great for focus, concentration and alertness but also a lot of fun and a great workout
